What you will do as a HR Administration Team Leader?
1. Lead and supervise the 2 HR administrators including 121 meetings, performance development, and all employee relations matters.
2. Lead the processes of HR Administration including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
3. Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts.
4. Carry out pre-employment background checks.
5. Collate payroll information.
6. Administer MAT, PAT, Adoption, and Shared Parental leave processes.
7. Coordinate the leavers process.
8. Report on the status of training and learning activities.
9. Maintain employee records and confidential employee digital files within defined retention parameters.
10. Oversee the administration of hospice-wide training activities.
11. Coordinate the administration of student placements.
What experience do you need for the role of HR Administration Team Leader?
1. A background within administration related to either HR, Recruitment, or L&D.
2. A good standard of general education.
3. HR or recruitment background, including recruitment & onboarding, pre-employment checks, training administration.
4. Experience of leading and managing a small team of direct reports - absence management, 121s, employee relations matters.
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and delegate within the team appropriately.
6. Organise own and the team's workload ensuring deadlines are met.
7. Prioritise when there are competing deadlines.
8. Communicate both verbally and in writing to a variety of stakeholders.

1. Salary: GBP 26,541 per annum.
