RVT Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving our strategic growth providing a professional and credible outbound telephone service, making 30-50 calls per day to commercial clients with the aim of speaking directly to the decision maker. As a key member of our BD team, you will identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, to expand our reach and increase revenue. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to connect with diverse stakeholders while promoting our unique solutions tailored to meet their specific needs. You will help shape the future of RVT Group through developing your core knowledge of RVT’s products and service to gain quality leads and secure a call back, enquiry response, schedule a meeting, send info or gain a lead. Your ability to work both independently and as part of a team will be crucial in achieving our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities
* Make 30-50 outbound calls per day to new and existing customers to gain new business.
* Be resilient and persistent to engage and track down projects to see how we can support them on site.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Take ownership of identifying and wining new leads and business with internally agreed parameters
* Ensure the highest level of service is provide to the client at all times
* Develop and manage your workload to hit KPI’s
* Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
* Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Strong relationship building skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in using HubSpot (Desirable)
* Experience using LinkedIn to seek new contacts (Desirable)
* Ability to schedule meeting via Outlook (Essential)
