Responsibilities:
1. To plan and carry out in-store projects, new range reviews, planogram compliance, organize main events, and exhibitions
2. To create, merchandise, and assist with visual displays and POS compliance as directed by the Account Management Teams
3. To build strong relationships and work closely with the Account Management Teams to drive sales at store level
4. To plan, attend, and support new store openings and Trade shows
5. To collate information on competitors to assist with marketing strategies
6. Complete retail price surveys across various categories
7. Analyze business performance and track sales history on accounts
Minimum Requirements:
* 3+ years of previous experience in a senior merchandising role
* Flexible in approach
* Hold a full valid UK driving licence
* Excellent planning and organizational skills
* Works well under pressure
* Self-starter with a strong work ethic
