The Role
You'll take ownership of your section during service, producing consistently high-quality dishes and maintaining excellent food safety standards. You'll also support menu development, collaborate with senior chefs, and play a role in mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead your section during busy service periods
* Ensure top-tier kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
* Support the creation of new menus and fine-tune existing recipes
* Train and develop junior chefs as part of a strong kitchen team

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months of professional kitchen experience
* Solid understanding of COSHH and chemical safety
* Ability to work independently and manage a section
* Positive attitude with a keen eye for detail
