We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our infrastructure roads team in Birmingham to assist on our M42 project by providing commercial administration support.
What you'll do:
* Reception and general administrative duties.
* Maintain our material tracking schedule in Excel to aid receipting of delivery tickets in ERP Oracle system.
* Raise requisitions and collaborate with the payments team using Power BI to clarify invoice statuses, and work closely with the procurement team and suppliers to resolve invoice hold queries.
* Request and obtain proof of delivery from suppliers and operations and maintain records for cost assurance audits.
* Manage plant hire with ICC system including on/off hiring, timesheets, and recording vehicle damages.
* Assist with subcontract payment administration and ad-hoc commercial data analysis.
What you'll bring to the role:

* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
