Job Description
The main duties of the role will include:-
3. Answering calls regarding updates on job orders and progress
4. Logging new job orders onto the CRM system
5. Sending out confirmations to customers and following up
6. Providing an excellent standard of service at all times
7. Record all call information onto the system accurately
8. The working hours are Mon to Fri 8 - 5 or Mon to Fri 9 - 6 with a Saturday in every month
