About the role
Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Contract Enabler to work on our Thames Water Developer Services contract in Esher.
As a Contract Enabler, you will be part of our Developer Services work stream who are responsible for ensuring that all jobs that are planned in DS South London have safety, operations, quality, reinstatement, cost and customer taken into account before it's handed to Operations to complete.
Thames Water Developer Services Contract is responsible for delivering a world-class health, safety, environment and wellbeing culture, providing leading customer service and satisfaction whilst delivering exceptional value for money.
As the Contract Enabler your duties and responsibilities will be:
1. Work closely with the DS Team to improve all aspects of the DS operational performance.
2. Production of information including photographs and videos to assist in the application of streetworks permits.
3. Act as the primary liaison between DS London Thames Water and all Highways Authorities (including TfL) in relation to streetworks activities to ensure efficient planning and delivery of new service connections and mains installations.
4. Keep the DS Operations Manager fully informed and updated with all reports required for management of DS works.
5. Assist in the coordination of all streetworks in DS London and ensure all works are fully permitted and compliant.
6. Assist in the review of TM plans liaising with operation team, planners and TM providers to develop safe cost effective solutions.
7. Assist all DS South London Managers in increasing efficiencies and identifying areas of improvement then help to implement them.
The Key Requirements
1. Experienced Enabler of Streetworks (preferably with multiple highway authorities).
2. Extensive knowledge of Traffic management considerations within London.
3. Proficient in MS Office suite.
4. TTRO/TTRN and Slip Number application experience (desirable).
5. NRSWA Supervisor.
6. SMSTS.
7. LANTRA or similar Streetworks qualification.
