Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sister to join our Community Children's Nursing team. The successful candidate will be a registered Paediatric nurse with community experience who will demonstrate excellent leadership skills. The post holder will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff whilst working to deadlines. The paediatric department comprises of a 21-inpatient ward, a 12 bedded PAU, surgical work, a virtual ward, children community nursing team and outpatient's department.
