The Role:
As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, finding new business opportunities, providing hands-on support and training to healthcare professionals for colorectal equipment and software. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders, monitor product usage, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The customer base is varied including surgeons, consultants, theatre staff and procurement.

* Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
* Full UK driving license and access to a car.
* Experience working in high-pressure environments with the ability to multitask effectively.
The package:
* £35,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
* 10% OTE
* £5,000 car allowance
* 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
