Job Description
Our client, an award-winning Multi-Website Online Retailer, is looking to recruit a personable, enthusiastic Senior Sales Consultant to join their ever-growing business. Working on a very relaxed hybrid model (only one day in the office every two weeks!) and to an uncapped commission structure, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate. Our client has been established for 15 years and boasts over 10,000 products, ranging from budget-friendly to luxury items. The business has 3 main Websites displaying the product range and has invested an incredible amount of money in lead marketing - as a result, their current Sales team of 20 FTE do not have to worry about cold-calling or generating any of their own business; it all comes to them! As they are inundated with amazing leads, they are actively seeking the perfect candidate to join them to capitalize on this.
Responsibilities:
1. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products for them.
2. Managing leads efficiently, ensuring a proactive approach to closing sales.
3. Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, helping customers get the most value while contributing to team goals.
4. Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally, building trust and confidence in the brand.
5. Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized support at every customer journey stage.
6. Ensuring all customer interactions are positive, leaving a lasting impression that encourages repeat business.
7. Using product knowledge to guide customers, making their decision-making process as easy as possible.
8. Offering support and guidance to more junior members of the team.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience within a Sales role (exceeding targets).
2. Customer-focused mindset.
3. Articulate, confident telephone manner.
4. Genuine desire to earn great money in commission!
5. Fun, sociable personality.
