Atlas Group is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team in Datchet. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for preparing reports, analysing billing data, and ensuring the accuracy of charges. Generate month-end sales ledger reports. Analyse billing data to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring accurate charges. Assist transactional billing teams with invoicing preparation and client/contract setups. Provide client support regarding billing inquiries, ensuring prompt issue resolution. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to maintain billing accuracy. Address customer complaints and questions professionally. Monitor accounts receivable and transactions. Assist with customer account reconciliations. Prepare and present analytical reports. Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean-ups. Resolve any billing issues or mistakes efficiently. About You Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Billing Analyst or in a similar accounting role. Strong Excel skills are essential. Proficiency in billing software and data analysis tools. High attention to detail and accuracy in managing billing information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively. Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions.
