NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting an Building Services Engineer to be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to plant, equipment, the building fabric and ongoing project works at Broadgate Tower, London.
The Maintenance Engineer will have current qualifications and a background in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Shift rotation: 07:00 - 16:00/08:00 - 17:00 early shifts 10:00 - 19:00 late shift (predominantly early but may be asked to cover a late shift on occasion), there is some flexibility offered and required by the business.

Responsibilities
You will:
* Ensure work is undertaken in line with specific method statements & risk assessments and relevant safety legislation and NG Bailey health and safety systems and procedures.
* Provide excellent service delivery by ensuring PPM tasks and reactive works are completed within contractual Service Level Agreements to meet KPIs.
* Maintain premises to exceptionally high standards through a proactive service delivery methodology.
* Develop excellent working relationships with our client, their staff, or appointed representatives through good customer service.
* Ensure that all applicable site documentation is kept up to date, as this will be regularly audited either by internal or external parties.
* Work as part of a collaborative team and assist where necessary and required so that all contractual obligations are met.
* Assist with supervision of sub-contractor works ensuring compliance and adherence to site rules.
Requirements
You will have:
* Prior experience in PPMs and Reactive Maintenance in a busy professional environment.
* Experience in Statutory & Mandatory Compliance Maintenance Records / Certification and uploading onto Service Systems.
* City and Guilds 236 Parts 1&2 OR equivalent / NVQ 3.
* City and Guilds 2382-15 18th Edition.
