Job Description Organon is hiring Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. In this role, you will maintain, calibrate and repair equipment within designated areas, such that production priorities are met and the equipment performs to its optimum capability. Process equipment including dispensing, fluid bed dryers, granulation, compression and coating machines. This is a shift-based role working 12.5 hour shifts (24-6). Role Responsibilities: Define, plan, perform and document planned maintenance activities, utilising the SAP maintenance management system and other appropriate systems. Carry out calibrations and maintenance of instrumentation, control systems and process equipment as per procedural documentations and accurate completion of records. Respond to breakdowns of equipment within designated areas and perform fault finding, diagnose faults, organise internal / external resources, source parts and rectify faults to meet production requirements. Working within hazardous area environments (Gas & Dust) Liaise with external contractors, defining scope of works and planning / supervising site activities. Proactively engage in continuous improvement activities relating to cGMP, Safety and Productivity Proactively develop maintenance improvements to realise reliability benefits Liaise with internal customers to specify and plan project requirements. Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Time served in an Electrical, Mechanical or multiskilled Discipline. HNC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience SAP computerises maintenance management system or similar. Pharmaceutical or similar industry experience. IT literate and ability to utilise all Microsoft programs. Excellent written and spoken communication skills and ability to interact and form good working relationships with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
