Through a real growth spurt in recent years, we are looking to recruit a forward thinking People & Experience Manager to come and join our People Team, in delivering on Our Purpose through our incredible colleagues.
The role of People & Experience Manager (HQ)
• As a key contributor to our people strategy, focusing on our Huddersfield Head Office and warehouse/distribution centre (c300 colleagues), plus involvement in supporting our colleagues across our northern based stores/concessions, you will address and identify People opportunities to drive business success and enhance colleague engagement and experience.
• This People & Experience (HR Manager) opportunity will work collaboratively across all head office departments (& northern based stores), to compose and orchestrate tailored people solutions that support both short, and long-term strategic goals, helping to create a motivated, high-performing workforce.
• In this role, guiding and providing hands-on HR support, with Managers and Directors through key people-related matters, including talent acquisition, future planning, performance management & ER, colleague development, and key change initiatives.
• This role, ideal for an ambitious HRBP or similar. A continued development role, mentored and reporting into our industry recognised Group People & Experience Director, to continue to grow within this role and within the business to support the business’ growth. Someone to solidify base foundational practices, moving the reactive nature at times across Head Office (& northern based stores) to a proactive, forward thinking, People centric one.
Note: This role will be based 3 full days a week at our Huddersfield Head office (HD5 0RH), 2 working from home as part of our hybrid working model. Some occasional trips to northern based stores subject to business needs.
