* Offer professional guidance on the use of nutritional supplements, including vitamin and mineral replacement therapy post-surgery.
* Educate patients on the management of common post-operative complications, such as dumping syndrome, nutritional deficiencies, dehydration, and intolerance to certain foods.
* Stay updated with best practices in bariatric and medical weight management nutrition, ensuring adherence to BOMSS, NICE and other relevant guidance and contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

* Experience in delivering both individualised dietary counselling and group education sessions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and motivate patients from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Postgraduate qualification in Obesity & Weight Management, Bariatric Nutrition, or a related field.
