As the Rota Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the Theatre Department has the appropriate clinical and support staff to meet daily service demands. Working closely with team leaders and clinical teams, you will be responsible for producing and managing staff rotas, utilizing both permanent and temporary staff in a timely and cost-effective manner.
