ADMINISTRATION ASSISSANT
£11.45 per hour
The post is receptionist with admin duties:
* Hours: 28 hours per week
* Working pattern: Wed 8 am to 6pm, Thu 8am to 6pm Fri 8am to 6pm

MAIN DUTIES / PURPOSE OF JOB
* Provide an information point for all visitors and staff, meet, greet and direct visitors to their desired location.
* Deal with telephone enquiries courteously and effectively and redirect calls as appropriate.
* Maintain an up to date knowledge of all services and operational activities in the WTC
MAIN QUALIFICATIONS /
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT PREVIOUS ADMIN EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLE EXPERIENCE IN WORKING IN A HOSPITAL ENVIRONMENT
5 GCSE'S INCLUDING MATHS AND ENGLISH
