Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility as a Manufacturing Engineer will be to plan, design, and implement methods to improve efficiency and product quality. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
You will also be responsible for ensuring operational compliance with legislative standards, such as ISO 45001 and ISO 9001. This will involve conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Additionally, you will be expected to support the site's Continuous Improvement plan and manage identified business improvement projects. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to develop project plans, secure resources, and track progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Science or Engineering degree, HND, HNC, or equivalent, or a time-served apprenticeship.
* Excellent numeracy, written, and oral communication skills.
* Relevant experience within a similar manufacturing environment, aerospace, automotive, process industry, or chemical processing.
D desirable Skills
* Experience working in an energetics process environment.
* SAP and CAD experience.
