To lead in the development and the systematic provision of a high-quality specialist personality disorder interventions, specifically Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills groups in adult community services To work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise delegated responsibility for the systematic governance of psychological and psychotherapy practices within the community service line, in the delivery of evidence-based interventions for people with personality disorders. To ensure that systems are in place and working effectively for the clinical supervision of all staff in adult community services delivering Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills groups for people with personality disorders in the IRH/RST/CMHT. To ensure that there are clear and effective systems for the identification of CPD needs across the service/sector in relation to evidence based interventions for people with personality disorders within the community service line. To carry out audit, policy and service development and research activities and/or programmes in relation to interventions for people with personality disorders within the community service line. To propose and implement policy and service development changes within the area served by the service.
