Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Seller Consultant to join its China team based in Ningbo. The objective of the Online Sales consultant is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants. Recruiting and launching sellers on Amazon's global marketplace to JP, you will analyze sales data to identify opportunities and resolve seller blockers to help sellers succeed on the marketplace.
Your superior communication, organizational, and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives.
Key job responsibilities:
1. Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
2. Identify, recruit, cross-launch, and support sellers of various types to execute on aggressive growth plans.
3. Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.
4. Coordinate and lead projects with cross-functional teams and deliver results with stakeholders.
5. Provide feedback to other teams within Amazon worldwide on lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
