We are excited to invite a hardworking and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our small but dedicated team on a permanent basis. In this varied and rewarding role, you will be supported every step of the way as you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same. Your duties will include a mix of surgical nursing, consultations, inpatient care, and reception duties. We believe in rewarding talent, so we're pleased to offer a generous relocation allowance of £5000, along with a welcome bonus of up to £5000 (pro rata), ensuring a smooth transition to your new role with us.
Work-Life Balance That Works for You
At our practice, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We understand that achieving a good work-life balance is essential to supporting our team in being their best selves, both at work and at home. That's why we offer flexible rota patterns and working hours that can easily adapt to fit your lifestyle, no matter what stage you're at in your career.
Ideally, we are looking for someone to cover full-time hours (40 hours per week). Shift patterns will vary between 08:00 and 19:30 across the week, with a Saturday morning rota (1:5). There is no out-of-hours or on-call work required, allowing you to enjoy your free time without the pressure of unpredictable shifts. We are also happy to hear from applicants who are seeking part-time work, as we believe in accommodating different needs to support your professional and personal life.
