About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our clients and candidates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills. A degree in a relevant field, such as education or training, is desirable.
Salary: £40,000 per annum (based on £35,000 + £5,000 car allowance)
Location: Home-based, with regular travel to southern regions
You will be working closely with various stakeholders, including trainers, managers, and employees, to deliver high-quality training programs that meet business objectives.
