Assisting in the shop, including providing excellent customer service and handling sales transactions. Supporting stock management and merchandising to maintain a welcoming retail environment. Collaborating with the team to meet business needs and deliver a seamless experience for customers. Carrying out additional ad hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Flexibility to work on a schedule that includes some Saturdays. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A team-oriented approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience in administration and/or retail is essential.
