Key Responsibilities: Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the organisation. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services in line with CQC standards. Supervise and support our dedicated team of caregivers, promoting a culture of excellence. Oversee care plans and ensure they are tailored to the unique needs of each client. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and social care / healthcare professionals. Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of care staff. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. Essential Requirement/ Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role within a registered care setting. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent understanding of CQC standards and regulations. A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to continuous improvement. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.
