Join a friendly and welcoming team in the heart of Market Harborough! We are seeking a highly organised and personable Receptionist to join our client's team on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and efficient service.
Your New Role:
As the Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the front desk and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Front Desk Management: Greeting and welcoming visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception.
2. Call Management: Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and handling enquiries.
3. Mail Handling: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and processing outgoing mail.
4. Meeting Room Management: Booking and preparing meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean and organised.
5. Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
6. Visitor Management: Maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor passes.
7. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
8. Liaising with internal departments and external clients.
