Job Description
1. Providing administrative support to the HR department
2. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
3. Keeping up-to-date records of employees
4. Maintaining HR databases and systems
5. Assisting in the organisation of staff training and development programmes
6. Handling HR-related documentation and correspondence
7. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
8. Supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Admin should have:
1. An educational qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
2. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)
3. Strong organisational and time-management skills
4. Excellent communication abilities with a customer-oriented approach
5. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
6. Familiarity with labour laws
7. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
