The Opportunity Our client is looking to employ a technically proficient commercial insurance broker to join their corporate team as a Senior Account Handler This role will assume the management of larger and more complex client programmes across multiple business sectors and insurances. This is a senior role requiring technical aptitude and will include broking some more complex risks in the open market. There is a portfolio of diverse clients including major players in the Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Logistics, Technology and Private Equity sectors. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the client relationship and ensure clients receive exceptional customer service Working closely with colleagues in Claims, Sales and Risk Management and senior Account Directors the Senior Broker will ensure that the service offered meets the firms’ award-winning standards. Successful Candidates Experience of Commercial Insurance market. Some experience in a client facing, customer service or sales role would be welcome. A technical proficiency with some experience of more complex programmes would be of interest. Ideally candidates will have some exposure to the corporate sector. Strong customer service professionals taking personal ownership of service delivery. Excellent communicators both verbally and orally with proven ability to develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Well organised and comfortable working to deadlines.
