Working Pattern: 8:30am – 3:10pm, 3 days per week - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Term-time 38.4 weeks term time only
Starting salary ELM3 (FTE: £23,576), Actual Salary 16.25 hours (3 days) – £9,014 per annumThis is an exciting opportunity to join a new, purpose-built free school in its third year of operating. We are looking to appoint a passionate Teaching Assistant who is eager to support our students and help make a difference.
Successful candidates will be:
• enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile
• able to communicate effectively with young people to support learning and development
• flexible, committed and possess sound administrative and IT skills
• calm, confident and demonstrate a professional approach in your dealings with young people, staff, parents and external agencies.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and those considering a career in teaching to gain experience in and out of the classroom at a secondary school prior/whilst training.
