The Role
As an In-House Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support across the business, with a focus on commercial property matters. You will be responsible for:
* Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing leases and other property-related agreements.
* Advising on property acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.
* Managing landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and terminations.
* Supporting the business with real estate transactions and commercial contracts.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
* Liaising with external legal advisors where required.
About You
The ideal candidate for the In-House Commercial Property Solicitor position will bring:
* Commercial Property law experience gained at a reputable firm – 0-3 years PQE.
* Strong expertise in lease negotiations and property transactions.
* Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across the business.
