BIM Manager – Rail & Infrastructure We are looking for a BIM Manager to join our team. This role is for a hands-on professional who is ready to take ownership of a project, lead a digital team, and act as the primary point of contact with the client. Key Requirements: On-site presence: 2-3 days per week. Location: Ideally within 50 miles, Travel and overnight stays will be covered where required. Sector experience: Rail experience is highly desirable. Tier 1 contractor experience is preferred but not essential. Leadership: Must be comfortable managing people, leading a project, and taking full accountability for delivery. Reporting line: This role reports to the Rail BIM Lead, so strong delivery skills. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ProjectWise, ACC, and Novade is required. Strong understanding of digital project coordination and implementation within rail and infrastructure projects.
