This is an exciting time to join the Frailty team as we look to reshape and deliver a key service to the ageing population of Aberdeen.
We are looking for an energetic, innovative, compassionate and motivated person to join our Frailty Team as a Nurse Manager in Aberdeen City. They must hold a current registration with NMC.
The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring safe and effective care delivery across the pathway providing assurances to the Chief Nurse.
