South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue are looking to recruit a driven Health and Safety Advisor to be part of a busy team working within a challenging and exciting organisation.
Responsibilities
Duties will include:
1. Provision of health and safety assistance to all managers across all functions
2. Developing procedures and guidance on a wide range of health and safety related matters
3. Undertaking risk assessments and advising on risk control
4. Delivery of health and safety training
5. Completing workplace inspections
6. Undertaking accident and incident investigations
7. Conducting audits of the health and safety management system
Qualifications
Holding a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent qualification and graduate membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, you will have significant and relevant experience of working within an occupational safety and health role.
