Role: Facilities Administrator Location: Hatfield Salary: £22,308 Our client, a Facilities Management Provider, is looking for a Facilities Administrator to support the team at their site in Hatfield. The successful candidate will work with the helpdesk team, taking care of the day to day responsibility of the helpdesk and administration functions. Key role responsibilities: Sign in and out visitors and subcontractors, maintaining accurate records and ensuring security protocols are followed. Address inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely assistance. Log cleaning and maintenance requests using Concept Evolution software. Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organising paperwork. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Skills Required: Previous relevant experience. Good IT knowledge.
