Our client, a large Multi-Academy Trust comprising of 27 academies across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire area, is seeking a dynamic Office Manager for a one-year fixed term contract.\n\nThe role will promote the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the school.\n\nThe Office Manager will be responsible for a range of duties including:\n\n * All school administration to support the Head teacher and other senior Leaders within the Academy\n\n * Procurement and resources ensuring best value is attained for the Academy\n\n * Human Resources ensuring the Trust policies are followed and lead on all aspects of recruitment, from writing adverts, creating job descriptions and conducting pre employment checks.\n\n * Working closely with payroll on contract changes and pay increases\n\n * Premises Management working with the Health & Safety Officer to ensure H&S compliance is in place and updated when necessary\n\n * Marketing and IT\n\nThe successful Office Manager will be educated to GCSE level (grade A* - C), or equivalent, in English and Maths, together with a relevant qualification at level 4 and above.
