Tsujiri UK is seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as an Interior Design & Graphic Designer with Social Media Management responsibilities. This hybrid role combines creative design skills with a practical understanding of the hospitality industry, specifically restaurant design. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional restaurant spaces, developing engaging marketing materials, managing our social media presence, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. While the role offers flexibility to work remotely, on-site supervision and client interaction in London will be required.
Responsibilities:
1. Interior Design (with a focus on Hospitality/Restaurant Design):
1. Space planning and layout design for Tsujiri restaurant locations.
2. Selection of furniture, fixtures, and finishes, considering both aesthetics and practicality within a restaurant setting.
3. Creation of 2D and 3D visualizations and renderings of restaurant interiors.
4. Collaboration with contractors and suppliers.
5. On-site supervision of projects to ensure design implementation aligns with plans.
6. Knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety standards relevant to restaurants.
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest restaurant design trends and technologies.
2. Graphic Design:
1. Designing marketing materials such as menus, brochures, flyers, in-store signage, and website graphics.
2. Developing brand identities and promotional materials that align with Tsujiri's brand guidelines.
3. Creating visually appealing content for social media platforms, including photography and videography related to food and the restaurant environment.
4. Maintaining brand consistency across all design platforms.
5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Social Media Management:
1. Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and drive traffic to Tsujiri locations.
2. Creating and scheduling engaging social media content (text, images, videos) relevant to the food and beverage industry.
3. Monitoring social media channels and responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
4. Analyzing social media performance and reporting on key metrics.
5. Staying current with social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. Demonstrable experience in both interior design and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant hospitality/restaurant projects.
3. Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and restaurant operations.
4. Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
8. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
9. Willingness to travel to Tsujiri locations within London for site visits and supervision.
