Location: Western house, Bradford and Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office), including locations throughout the Yorkshire Region
Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

The Asset Delivery department is accountable for delivering the Capital Construction Programme through intelligent solutions and collaboration for sustainable out-performance. The department also manages commercial and contractual arrangements across the supply chain and delivers leading contract management processes.

Where you fit in:
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
* Act as support and liaison for all aspects of schemes, coordinating communications regarding purchase orders, contractors, general customer enquiries (internal and external).
* Provide support to Project Managers in project administration and governance management.
* Follow corporate governance processes and procedures for project delivery.
* Coordinate and manage the booking of team meetings, including recording of actions and minutes.
* Raise and manage the progress of purchase orders and report issues.
* Produce financial data for projects, updating, monitoring, and reporting.
What skills & qualifications you will need:
* Experience of developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Report writing and presentation skills.
* Analytical and reporting skills.
* Experience in projects, partnership working, and financial management.
* The ability to demonstrate the Yorkshire Water company values and behaviours.
You will also benefit from having:
* Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP.
* Previous experience in a commercially oriented and/or regulated environment.
* Previous experience in the water or wastewater sectors or within the broader utilities, process, or manufacturing industry sectors.
