Brief overview of the role
We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us at our Accrington, Desford, Hams Hall, Measham, Newbury & Whittlesey sites in the position of Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineering Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity with yearly salary increases, to work towards becoming a fully skilled engineer at one of the UK’s leading building material manufacturers.

Apprenticeship summary
Working week - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Annual Salary - £20,800 per annum
Expected duration - 48 months
Start date - 1st September 2025
Apprenticeship level - Advanced Level Apprenticeship

Ensuring the efficient and safe working of the plant by utilising the skills taught during your training
Carrying out preventative maintenance daily and installation of new equipment as required
Responding to and acting upon the fault report system

The first year of the apprenticeship includes residential training in Birmingham.
