We are seeking a Registered Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract, to join our team in Bedford, to support our established office in obtaining operational, compliance and business growth excellence. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, working alongside our Franchise Owners and an amazing team of Care Coordinators, Senior CareGivers and CareGivers.
What you’ll do:
● Identify operational, quality and growth challenges
● Devise and implement a comprehensive turnaround strategy
● Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for a "Good" or higher rating
● Safeguard the health and wellbeing of Clients and CareGivers through effective monitoring, review and reassessment
● Streamline workflows to improve care coordination, CareGiver recruitment and onboarding and Client enquiry and assessment management
● Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
● Review recruitment processes to attract, onboard and retain high-quality CareGivers, ensuring strong training, appraisal and professional development programs
● Implement and continuously review robust strategies for quality assurance
● Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support
● Develop sustainable growth plans to ensure long-term profitability
Qualifications:
● NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care
● Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
● Proven turnaround leadership experience in care management
● Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car
● Right to work full-time in the UK
