Job Title: TIG Fabricator
Hourly Rate: £16.00 - £20.00
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder Fabricator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fabricate and weld both ferrous and non-ferrous assemblies according to customer specifications.
* Finish and polish welded components to ensure high-quality output.
* Identify and learn from errors to prevent recurrence.
* Inspect produced components to verify they meet required specifications.
* Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Essential Skills:
* Strong expertise in TIG welding and associated fabrication techniques.
* Familiarity with relevant safety standards and commitment to using protective gear.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to promote best practices in production.
