SALARY: £23,789 - £24,934 per annum for 40 hours per week (depending on experience) Grade RA1-3, plus weekend enhancements of 30% per hour.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Operation Assistant/s to work across our Charity Stores throughout Surrey and West Sussex. It is important that you have your own vehicle or are happy to use public transport to travel across all our locations for training, holidays, and short notice absence.
Supported by our Shop Managers, your key responsibilities will include carrying out day-to-day activities relating to all operational routines in our shops, including compliance with statutory regulations relating to health & safety, hygiene, trading standards, and security of the retail premises.
This hands-on role requires a commitment to high standards of customer service and volunteer support. You will have previous experience of working in a customer service environment and have a flexible, enthusiastic approach. Previous retail experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
This role is offered on a Full-time basis (working 40 hours per week) or Part-time basis (working 16 or 24 hours per week), working hours will be from 9.15am to 5.15pm, across Monday to Sunday. Shop opening hours are from 9.30am – 5.00pm.

This role will be based at our warehouse, situated in the Denvale Business Park, Crawley. Our main hospice site is located at Grace Holland Avenue, Pease Pottage, Crawley, West Sussex RH11 9SF.
