About the Role: Magna Housing is delighted to present an outstanding opportunity to join our IT department as an Apprentice IT Systems Engineer. This 17-month apprenticeship program will allow you to earn a level 3 qualification and acquire a broad array of information and technology skills. This opportunity will provide an excellent foundation for your career, enabling you to learn and excel in various business competencies, while gaining hands on work experience. Training and Development: College Attendance: You will be required to attend and commit to a course which spans 17 Months. Qualification : On successful completion, you will achieve a Data Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship and Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist - Excel Associate. A full role profile and job description is attached to this advert. What you need to be successful: Meticulousness with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in both written and oral communication. A keen interest in learning and improving skills in information and technology, combined with basic IT knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office 365. Customer focused with a desire to exceed customer expectations and deliver high levels of customer service at all times, whilst adhering to regulations and Magna Values. You will require 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject and GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
