The Role:
As a Media Assistant, you will assist in delivering multi-media activity for an array of brands, working closely with the tight-knit team, and immersing yourself in the company’s offerings and the media market.
This will involve hybrid working.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Being accountable for campaign delivery, scheduling and monitoring media plans
2. Using in-house tools to produce competitor reports and market insight for clients
3. Scheduling and monitoring media plans for a range of clients
4. Efficiently pulling together competitor insight and market analysis
5. Providing a pro-active approach to supporting the team
6. Showcasing a keen desire for the media industry and immerging trends
7. Building relationships with clients, media owners and partners
8. Providing exceptional service levels with excellent communication skills
9. Creating cross-media plans for a range of clients
10. Consistently delving deeper into the ‘what’, ‘why’ and ‘how’ when reporting and interpreting campaign performance insights
About You :
11. A degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essential
12. You a good knowledge of the brand and a genuine interest in media, marketing and advertising
13. You are computer literate, especially in Excel and Powerpoint
14. You are numerate with strong attention to detail
15. You are an excellent communicator with a sociable personality
16. You are pro-active and willing to get stuck in as a team player
