3. Ensure all legal compliance is achieved and company guidelines are followed.
4. Manage kitchen and front-of-house operations effectively.
5. Utilize an EPOS till system proficiently.
6. Exhibit excellent cooking skills and food presentation.
7. Ensure appropriate menu offerings at all times with high levels of presentation in a hygienic and safe environment.
8. Manage waste and budgets with good margin control.
9. Demonstrate a passion for customer service in a restaurant environment.
10. Apply business management skills effectively.
