The Regional Marketing Manager for the UK&I and North Eastern Europe is responsible for driving regional growth through a well-defined marketing strategy. This individual will develop and execute tactical field marketing plans based on deep market analysis, customer insights, and current market trends. The role requires collaboration with the Commercial Directors and teams to ensure alignment with business targets and regional marketing plans, delivering both strategic direction and hands-on implementation. This role is part of the EMEA Selling Unit North Europe, Reporting to the Director of Marketing for EMEA, and will be remotely based in the UK, with team collaboration from Milton Keynes (UK) and Amsterdam (The Netherlands). In this role, you will: - Develop and execute Field Marketing plans to drive growth across the assigned regions, aligned with regional and global business objectives. - Conduct in-depth market research to analyse regional market trends, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning to provide directional guidance and help us built a bottom up strategy that drives our growth objectives. - Develop MEKKo charts and other analytical tools to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making processes across the region. - Identify growth opportunities, developing and implementing marketing initiatives that meet both customer needs and business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing plans with sales strategies, supporting tactical execution that drives measurable results. - Coordinate with MarCom team to launch, localize and define campaigns and field marketing programs including live demonstrations, educational events, trade shows, and customer symposiums to drive customer engagement and build market presence. - Partner with the commercial team to drive customer and market visibility, leveraging customer insights to create region-specific strategies that improve share of wallet and competitive standing. - Provide detailed analytics on marketing program efficiency, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results. - Collaborate with Business Units and Commercial Development leaders, following DBS Launch Excellence process, to launch new products in the region, from pre-launch planning to post-launch analysis, including developing forecasts and measuring KPIs. - Foster close relationships with external stakeholders and customers to ensure a customer-centric approach, focusing on value-driven marketing initiatives. Essential Requirements: - Relevant field marketing experience or product marketing, preferably in the healthcare, MedTech or diagnostics market. - Proven experience in market analysis, strategy development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, working effectively within a matrixed environment. - Strong process orientation, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of engagement, energy, and flexibility. Preferred Skills and Experience: - Experience working within the Medical Devices or Diagnostics sector. Knowledge of Anatomical Pathology is considered a plus. - Familiarity with indirect channel marketing and distributor relationships. - Proficiency in data visualization tools such as MEKKo charts and market modelling techniques. - Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com, as the ability to develop PBIs for visualization and analysis of data is a strong asset.
