The objective is to create an excellent customer experience and improve customer engagement driving revenue growth via E-commerce sales. A creative with the ability to design and implement engaging digital content that will drive our customers to positive action. Responsible for understanding user data to drive initiatives and change, encouraging customer adoption of the e-commerce platform, and driving sales revenue.
Main Duties & Responsibilities include:
Design and Layout
* Responsibility for all digital design elements, look and feel of the site, and maintenance of marketing content. Ensuring this is in line with DDF brand guidelines.
* Monitor customer feedback to improve service, and satisfaction and drive online sales growth.
* Regular and consistent feedback to line manager relating to customer experience and how to improve.
* Create and manage promotional campaigns, working with internal teams and Williams Commerce to ensure seamless customer experience and maximise adoption.
* Optimise website navigation and for improved user experience.
Reporting and Actionable Insight
* Create Google Analytics reporting for the site and run reports on agreed timelines to share across the business.
* Deliver actionable insight from the GA reporting and work with our 3rd party provider to understand how this can be implemented across the site.
