Ford & Stanley are working with a leading Train Operating Company that operates a number depots across Wales.
They are undergoing major government investment and need a dynamic Depot Manager to drive change and lead transformation. With new trains, infrastructure upgrades, and cutting-edge technology, this is your chance to shape the future of rail. Lead a team, inspire productivity, and foster a culture of professionalism while ensuring safety and efficiency.
This individual needs to be engaging, inspire others, and communicate well. As a leader, they will motivate teams to improve productivity and efficiency across the depot. With change management experience, they’ll help the team adapt to new ways of working while focusing on professionalism, ensuring standards, procedures, and safety rules are followed. Their goal is to create a high-performing, efficient workforce that aligns with the businesses.
Candidate Essentials:
Experience of leading and driving transformation within an engineering environment. Strong communication skills – Ability to get people on board and motivate teams to improve productivity and efficiency. Ability to demonstrate how and where they have done this previously. Previous experience of working in a highly regulated environment working to strict standards and procedures. Experienced in working in a highly unionised environment. Qualifications:
Qualification within Engineering – Ideally apprenticeship trained Closing Date: 01/11/12
