Job summary The Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team is a multi-disciplinary team offering intensive short-term crisis intervention and home treatment in Chichester and Bognor Regis. Its aims are to prevent hospital admissions and to facilitate supported discharges from hospital. Main duties of the job We are looking to recruit someone, who is enthusiastic, with excellent assessment, risk management and communication skills and is committed to working as part of a team and in partnership with service users and carers. You will need to have some experience of crisis resolution practice / acute care and be willing to work flexible hours to enable the team to provide a 7 day service. You will receive regular supervision and have the opportunity for personal and professional development as well as contributing to the team's development.
