Thorpe Park are recruiting Food & Beverage Team Leaders to join our talented team working across our wide range of outlets on the Theme Park.

Your main responsibilities will include:
* Leading by example. This is a hands-on role so don't be afraid to roll up your sleeves.
* Ensuring you and your team are working in a hygienic and professional manner whilst maintaining high standards at all times.
* Organising your team to be effective daily.
* Dealing with customer enquiries efficiently.
* Supporting with the training and development of your team.
* Driving operational excellence across the Food & Beverage team.
* Opening and closing units and following cashing up procedures.

Qualifications and experience
* Previous supervisory experience is desirable
* Experience of working in a hospitality environment is preferred
* Ability to lead and manage teams and projects
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Flexibility in availability is essential
* We need people with a positive can-do attitude, but who also like to have fun
* Due to the nature of this role, you must be over 18
