Cover Teacher with Experience Teaching Economics & Business StudiesFull Time/Part Time, Fixed Term ContractFull Time Equivalent Salary – MPSBased at - Marling School
We are looking for a Cover Teacher with experience of teaching Economics & Business Studies to join our talented and supportive team at Marling School. Start Date – January 2025 or ASAPWe are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Cover Teacher, ideally with experience teaching of Economics (with Business Studies) to inspire our students. The school has a highly committed staff team with extremely well motivated students and excellent facilities. Both Economics and Business Studies are very popular A level subjects at the school with up to two groups of students each year studying each subject. The successful candidate may be required to teach aspects of both courses.The successful candidate will:
• Work within the framework of the Teachers pay and conditions, current legislation and the polices of the school.• Cover lessons for teaching staff in their absence.
• Have a passion for Economics and Business Studies and the ability to inspire students.
• Have experience of successful Economics and Business Studies teaching and ability to teach KS5 Economics.• Be capable of bringing Economics to life in the classroom with creative and engaging lessons that deliver pace and challenge.• Contribute to whole school improvement and self-evaluationWe are committed to providing the very best learning experience for every young person in our Trust.
