You will work closely with the Marketing team to create impactful messaging for these clients and support their fulfilment setup. Your role will focus on cultivating strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and delivering customized solutions to drive their success. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Client Services team and fellow Account Managers to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage varied portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and growth. Develop and implement strategies to increase gift voucher sales and revenue for clients. Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute effective messaging and campaigns. Assist clients with their setup for fulfilment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Monitor client performance and provide regular reports and insights. Minimise churn of clients by demonstrating the value of Giftpro. Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. What we're looking for: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
